From the Ground Up — A Builder's Story
I didn't learn construction from a textbook. I learned it the way every real builder does — showing up early, working hard, and figuring things out on active job sites. What started as framing work grew into full-scale project management, running crews, and eventually building my own company.
Over the past decade, I've worked on nearly every type of residential construction you can imagine. New custom homes. Kitchen and bathroom gut renovations. Garage additions with workshops above. Decks designed to handle New England winters. Whole-house framing where you're the first one on-site and the last one to leave.

This is where I started. Floor systems, wall framing, roof trusses, structural beams — I've framed everything from single-room additions to 4,000 sq ft custom homes. I understand load paths, shear walls, and why a house that's framed right stays right for generations.
🏠 Additions
Home additions require tying new construction into existing structures — matching rooflines, blending siding, connecting foundations. I've done it dozens of times. The key is making the addition look like it was always there.
🚗 Garages
From single-car attached garages to detached 3-bay workshops with bonus rooms above — I've built them all. Garage projects require zoning knowledge, foundation work, and matching the existing home's character.
🌿 Decks
A deck is more than boards and nails — it's an outdoor living space that has to survive New England weather year after year. I build decks with proper footings, correct hardware, and materials suited to our climate.
🔨 Renovations
Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, whole-house gut renovations — renovations are where experience really matters. Old houses have surprises. I've learned to expect them and solve them without blowing the budget.
